How the Sweetness Started
Brown Sugar Caramels started from my love for creating and crafting meals, desserts and treats for friends and family to enjoy. It has now grown into my passion to share and bring this same joy to others.
Brown Sugar Caramels are handcrafted artisan caramels made to order in small batches. The caramels are creamy, decadent and come in classic and creative flavors.
I know you will become a fan after your very first bite.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?
Brown Sugar Caramels are made in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be crafted.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Our caramels are made to order and are perishable, due to this fact, we do not accept product returns.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Brown Sugar Caramels are shipped via UPS Ground.
HOW LONG WILL MY CARAMELS LAST?
We believe that you will love your caramels so much that they will not last long. We use only the highest quality ingredients with no preservatives, so the caramels are perishable. If you don't eat them quickly, they can last for about 1-2 months before sugar crystallization may begin. We recommend enjoying them with in the first few weeks for optimum freshness. They can also be stored in an airtight container. You can also freeze your caramels, but be sure to restore them to room temp before enjoying!
HOW MANY CARAMELS COME IN A BOX?
Our Caramels are hand cut and wrapped. Each Regular sized box contains 8 caramels (about 3 oz) of a single flavor. Each Mini sized box contains 4 caramels.
CAN YOU HANDLE LARGE ORDERS - 25 BOXES OR MORE?
